LUOJIBIE's seed-based bonsai gift set with planters, soil and instructions, presented in a wooden box.
Price range: See on Amazon
What we liked
- + Wooden box presentation feels more premium than a printed cardboard kit
- + Seeds, soil, planters and instructions cover every step of germination
- + Written guide helps a total beginner follow the process without research
Trade-offs
- - Lesser-known brand, so seed quality and germination rates are harder to judge
- - Seed start means the recipient waits a long time for a tree to shape
